The City of Schertz Economic Development Corporation (EDC) will meet For a regular meeting on
Thursday, June 11, 2009 at 6:34 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1400 Schertz Parkway, Schettz,
Texas. Tlus is an open meeting, subject to the open meeting laws of the State of Texas. Notice of
time, date, place, and agenda is hereby pasted on or before Monday, June $, 2009 at 6:30 p.m., as
reguired by law. Tlus facility is wheelchair accessible and accessible parking spaces are available.

9. Closed Session in accordance with Texas Local Government Code, 551.087 (Economic
Development). In addition to the matters listed above, any matter scheduled for open session
may be discussed in Closed Session, as deemed appropriate and authorized by law.
10. Action on executive session, if necessary.
11. Requests by Board members that items are placed on a future SEDC agenda.
12. Requests by Board members to Director and Staff for information.

13. Adjourn.
The Board reserves the right to discuss and appropriate act upon any item listed on the agenda in
open session. In addition, the Board reserves the right to adjourn into Closed Session at any time
during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the abovementioned or following matters, as
authorized by the Texas Local Government Code:
