JUNE 11, 2000 SPECIAL MEETING
The LAB met on June 11, 2009 with the following members present:

DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION
1.Discussion and/or action on establishing a budget for the new library?s opening events.
Financial support is needed for the Gala and Opening Day/Opening Week events. Mary
McAllister moved to allocate up to but not to exceed $10,000 for items/activities (e.g.
invitations, guest speaker fees, etc.) for the Gala/Grand Opening events. Margaret Riley
seconded. Motion passed.
